Parents,
Our Family Daily Devos are tools to help supply you with daily spiritual reinforcements for our Sunday lesson. They come in 3 Sections: 1) Learn It (Bible Story) 2) Live It (Bible Activity) 3) Know It (Bible Memory Verse)
Pick a time each day to go over the devotional and be consistent (breakfast or bedtime are two options). Read the passage then ask the children questions about it. Either do the activity with them or set a time to do it. It is our sincere desire that you spend valuable time each day imparting spiritual truths into the lives of your children… they deserve it! (Proverbs 22:6)
*LEARN IT ̶ Daily scriptures and passages to read and discuss with your family.
*LIVE IT ̶ Suggested hands on activities for you and your family to apply what you have learned.
*KNOW IT ̶ Our memory verse your child can practice saying each night (bring the signed sheet back for a treat).

Learn It!
Read the scriptures and discuss them with your family on their level
Monday
Matthew 1:1-17 (the genealogy of Jesus)
Tuesday
Matthew 1:18-25 (Jesus birth told to his parents)
Wednesday
Luke 2:1-20 (Jesus born in a manger)
Thursday
Matthew 2:1-12 (The wise men come from the east)
Friday
John 3:16-17 (God’s gif to us)
Live It!
Do these activities throughout the week to reinforce the learn it time each night
Monday
Make a family tree or look at pictures of your family and talk about genealogies.
Tuesday
Draw a picture of an Angel and talk about the Angel that spoke to Joseph.
Wednesday
Visit a farm/barn (if possible) if not look at pictures and talk about being born there.
Thursday
Make an early Christmas gift list then talk about the gifts that Jesus got.
Friday
Use this time to clearly lay out the plan of salvation using the Romans Road verses.
Know It!
Say your memory verse each day (parents sign in box) and if you complete all 5 nights, cut on the dotted line and bring the sign off sheet back to church for a special prize from the “Treasure Box”.
